I like the fact that the pills are very small, easy to swallow, but they've got both the prebiotics and probiotics, plus other good nutrition in them. Working well for me❤️

take one or two Sho "energy" before my workout (either running, weights, yoga, foam rolling or a combo.) I like it because it seems to help with my energy so even when my legs feel like 'concrete' and I am dragging to even began I manage a good workout. And, I don't experience any jitters. And it is just an energy supplement; without a candy component. I am vegan so I am all in.. 🤗 🙌

I was skeptical about this roasted rice tea flavor when I got it as a free gift as I'm a regular shopper on this website, but it's very drinkable and delicious! Rich earthy, nutty flavor. Glad I found a new flavor of tea that I like!
